Miriam Joseph is a licensed professional member of the ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) with an education in architecture as well. Miriam is involved in the design development at the very beginning of the project, ensuring a cohesive design scheme from start to finish. As an integral part of the entire design process, she incorporates those special touches that create extraordinary custom homes reflecting our homeowner's tastes and desires.

At Joseph Homes, we begin at the end, starting with your target price for the completed home and then work backwards, fulfilling our homeowners wishes within the budget you have established. You then select your desired home site and your home positioned to fit perfectly with the land and its views. Greg meets with our homeowners to establish their needs and wishes in a follow-up preliminary design meeting, Soon after, the architect and homeowner are brought together linking all the ideas together. This assures a fit of the home design and target price early on in the process.
